Paddle Australia acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waterways throughout Australia.



We pay our respects to the Elders of the past, present and emerging, and acknowledge their ongoing connection to land, sea and community. For they hold the memories, the traditions and the cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the country. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
